The Wor ker Co-op Weekend is taking place 5-7 June 2026 at Thornbridge Outdoors\, a rural venue in the heart of the Peak District.

workers.coop wi ll facilitate monthly organising meetings where me mbers can come together to help shape the event. < /p>\n \n

We have started planning the logistics for the event\, including sourcing delicious food from worker co-ops\, forming a kid's programme an d liaising with the folk who did our childcare las t year\, and thinking about bursary proposals and  sponsorship opportunities.

\n \n

As the prog ramme is member-led we particularly are looking fo r input from members to focus on programme design and content\, to create a programme that reflects current activities and demands.

\n \n

The pr ogramme will be designed around having two streams \, Co-op support and development\, and Movement Bu ilding\, alongside sessions focusing on skills for co-operators\, and games and activities.

In particular we will be inviting worker co-o ps in specific sectors to feed into peer-led sessi ons around topics important to them.
