\ n \nWhat are 'All Hands' meetings?
\n \n'All Hands' meetings are open me mber meetings aimed at working group members and a ctive supporters. They provide a space for members to connect with each other across working groups\ , report back and take stock of what's been going on\, as well as provide opportunity for discussion and reflection. They began in reponse to member d emand for an informal online meeting space alongsi de the more formal AGM and in-person events. In th e past these meetings provided space for: policy c o-creation\, event debrief and feedback\, feedback to the Comms' group on workers.coop merch and mat erials\, hearing in-depth what a working group has been up to\, and more.
\n \nThis next 'All Hands' will be more general in scope to allow for wider reports and feedback from across the worker s.coop working groups and landscape in 2026\, as w ell as providing members with opportunity to raise questions. If successful\, we will set more 'All Hands' meeting dates.
