Co-op support and dev group

We had a hiatus of summer so now back to focusing on our member groups, this meeting is to share where we are upto on our co-op support and development activities. We want your feedback, but more importantly, your time or talent to help make them better. So join us by booking on, or just use the usual Zoom Link

What are our active projects?:

• Podcast: Punchcard - The Board have commissioned 6 more episodes, who should we interview?
• Peer Networks - We run Marketing, Governance and HR peer networks, how can we do more and better peer learning, how about industry meet-ups?
• Online worker induction training - This project is moving out of the research phase, we have some insights to share.
• Co-op Conversation and member helpline - We do offer a 30 mins chat with anyone looking for support, but work has stalled on rolling this out further as we need to solve a technical problem, any help appreicated!
• Mentoring and training programmes - We have a funding bit outstanding to deliver a mentoring programme and we are going to launch some more training sessions, feedback and help on both appreciated.
