'All Hands' meeting: Worker Member Agreement policy co-creation

About the event

An online meeting for supporters, volunteers and worker members of workers.coop to input into policy co-creation of the 'Worker Member' membership category.

Come along and join those who have been working on getting workers.coop set up to discuss, plan, reflect and learn from each other. During this one hour meeting we will hear feedback from working groups along with time allocated on a particular issue or topic.

This All Hands meeting is a policy co-creation session, following on from the previous policy co-creation session on 18th July 12-13:30.

Workers.coop is currently developing a Worker Member Agreement. We would love to hear about the experiences and view of our current worker members, and of those who are / have been involved in a working group but have not become a worker member. We will be running a policy co-creation session during the July All Hands meeting (25th July, 12-13:00), so if you would like to feed into the agreement, please come along.

During this session we will explore the following question:

  1. What can workers.coop expect from worker members?
  2. What do worker members expect from workers.coop?
  3. What support do worker members need?
  4. What happens if things go wrong? For example, if a worker member breaches the Care and Accountability policy, or are repeatedly falling short of workers.coop’s expectations.
