Help with the Autumn Assembly

Register to take on a task or role to help get the Autumn Assembly off to a good start.

 

We are looking for a couple of volunteers to help us people the reception desk through the event. Mostly at the start as people are joining, to welcome people, sign them in, ensuring they have booked and hand them off to a greeter.

 

We are looking for a group of people willing to be on hand so when new people join the event they can be passed to a "greeter" who will say hello, walk them into the event, explain a few things and then introduce them to someone to talk to and then move on. Must be very friendly and able to put people at ease.
