About the event
The Worker Co-op Weekend is taking place 5-7 June 2026 at Thornbridge Outdoors, a rural venue in the heart of the Peak District.
workers.coop will facilitate monthly organising meetings where members can come together to help shape the event.
We have started planning the logistics for the event, including sourcing delicious food from worker co-ops, forming a kid's programme and liaising with the folk who did our childcare last year, and thinking about bursary proposals and sponsorship opportunities.
As the programme is member-led we particularly are looking for input from members to focus on programme design and content, to create a programme that reflects current activities and demands.
The programme will be designed around having two streams, Co-op support and development, and Movement Building, alongside sessions focusing on skills for co-operators, and games and activities.
In particular we will be inviting worker co-ops in specific sectors to feed into peer-led sessions around topics important to them.
