'All Hands' meeting

About the event

An online meeting for everyone to come together and reflect on, learn and plan for future all things workers.coop related

Come along and join those who have been working on getting workers.coop going to discuss, plan, reflect and learn from each other.

During this one hour meeting we will hear report backs from working groups and members, along with time allocated on a particular issue or topic if needed.

What are 'All Hands' meetings?

'All Hands' meetings are open member meetings aimed at working group members and active supporters. They provide a space for members to connect with each other across working groups, report back and take stock of what's been going on, as well as provide opportunity for discussion and reflection. They began in reponse to member demand for an informal online meeting space alongside the more formal AGM and in-person events. In the past these meetings provided space for: policy co-creation, event debrief and feedback, feedback to the Comms' group on workers.coop merch and materials, hearing in-depth what a working group has been up to, and more.

This next 'All Hands' will be more general in scope to allow for wider reports and feedback from across the workers.coop working groups and landscape in 2026, as well as providing members with opportunity to raise questions. If successful, we will set more 'All Hands' meeting dates.
