An online AGM for decision making purposes
Mark your calendar for the workers.coop Annual General Meeting, open to all members. The agenda will be shared in due course and will cover board director elections, budget and other decision-making items as well as a short board report.
The function of this meeting is to serve as a formal decision-making space in which the focus is on meeting workers.coop legal and organisational requirements. We are also holding an 'All Hands' member meeting alongside the AGM the following week which will serve as a more informal meeting space, where we will be hearing from different members with working group updates and sharing learnings, challenges and achievements across the network.
Members may submit proposals ahead of the AGM, such as amendments to the Co-operative's rules; more information will be shared soon on how to do this and on how to nominate prospective board members.
Please designate your voting member in advance. One attendee per enterprise (co-op) member should be designated in advance as the voting member, any others are welcome to attend as observers. All members, whether enterprise or worker members, are invited to attend.
