Who is it for?
Any member of a workers co-op who has to make decisions relating to their business. It is ideally suited to members of worker co-ops that are managed by general meeting, directors of worker co-ops or managers of a budget area.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Be able to read and understand management accounts better
- Know what questions to ask of your finance team.
