How to get involved

At the moment, there are a couple of things you can do:

  • We are looking for anyone who is willing to help us with engaging non-member worker co-ops in their local area. If you're up for doing some in person visits or telephone calls, contact sam@workers.coop to get set up.

Cooperators in Birmingham gathered on Friday 16th June to break the ground on a new cooperative development project building shop space for 3 worker co-ops. After speeches and tour of the site in hard hats, a large 'no landlords' bilboard was hoisted into place. In the words of bakery member, Pete, "this project gives us the guarantee of not being priced out of the high street, and the layout will vastly improve working conditions".
